Sniper Man is an enemy that appears in Guy Industries Tower. If The Kid is near the window that the Sniper Man hides in, he'll open the window, shoot at least 10 bullets and hide. He'll repeat the same thing until he is killed. They only take one hit to kill, but their true difficulty lies in the surprise of them coming out of the window.
