The Metroid is an enemy from the series of the same name, and it appears in I Wanna Be The Guy. It appears in Tourian, also from the Metroid series, and attacks by moving in different directions and will kill The Kid with one hit, like all the other enemies. However, it will latch onto The Kid, who will die, as opposed to the traditional way, by dissolving in a similar fashion to Metroid victims from Super Metroid. It appears in the wrong place in the credits.
