A Medusa Head
Medusa Heads are an enemy from I Wanna Be The Guy. They appear only in Dracula's Castle, as they are from Castlevania. These enemies will not kill The Kid, however if they touch him he will turn to stone for several seconds, and be flung away,theirwill try to flung him into spikes, so their may most likely killing him in the process. Medusa heads appear in all of the rooms in Dracula's Castle, except for the room of Dracula himself, and will even occasionally fly in at the start of the battle, although this is due to a glitch.

- Medusa Head is based on the Medusa Head from the Castlevania series, and its sprite being a rip off of its appearance in Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow.
- In the original Castlevania games, these blue versions of Medusa Heads do not petrify the player, and only hurt him, only the Gold Medusa Head versions have the ability to petrify the player.
- Medusa Head is the most annoying enemy for most player.
